A major part of Binance Africa’s 2021 plans is to multiply crypto education and adoption all over Africa. This plan started in 2020 where Binance successfully trained over 70,000 Africans about the fundamentals of crypto , practical tutorials on how to set up a Binance account – and buy & sell crypto, technical analysis and crypto trading.
Binance is starting this year with a Masterclass that aims to equip up to 1000 African blockchain designers with the proper tools and skills to create their first DApps on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network. All within the first quarter of 2021.
From January 31, 2021, Binance will kick off the Binance Masterclass – Developers’ Edition tagged ‘Careers in Blockchain Technology’ live on ZOOM. Binance CEO, Changpeng Zhao (CZ) will introduce the program, the Binance Smart Chain and Binance Africa teams will host a weekly program (for 8 weeks) under the theme Rebuilding Financial Systems on Blockchain.
With this event, the Binance Africa and Binance Smart Chain teams aim to show the multitude of career options in the crypto and blockchain space – beyond crypto trading. The 8-week program will be coordinated by crypto industry thought leaders from ChainIDE, Xend, Bundle, as well as the BSC team.
